Location: Lay-by on the north side of the A27 just west of Whiteparish

A walk of 2 distinct halves. The first half is largely along a path through quiet woodlands and a large area of low scrub. On reaching the top of West Dean Hill we are treated to the wonderful views to the north as we head west towards Pepperbox Hill and the second half of the walk. This is along field edges with views across open farmland. There are 5 stiles on this walk. If wet, there will, likely, be one muddy section.
