From the Upham Recreation Ground the walk heads north towards Woodcock's Down Farm, then following the Allan King Way to Green Hill to Lower Whiteflood Farm and then north easterly to Longwood House. We continue along Stubb Lane to Ganderdown Wood and north west to Oakclose Plantation, Honeyman lane to Owslebury. The return goes southerly along the Pilgrims Trail and Monarch's Way to Upham
