Location: Park at the recreation ground car park if possible to avoid congestion at the duck pond, if car park full park next to the duck pond. The walk will start from the duck pond.

The walk leads from Upham via the Allan King Way towards Lower Upham. After skirting the northern part of Lower Upham the route follows Red Lane north and then Greenhill Lane east. The route returns to Upham via Bulldean Copse and White Hill. There is only one stile, one field with cows and two short climbs.
