Location: Roadside parking on the Shawford to Twyford road. Park on the western side of the road in the breaks between double-yellow lines. If travelling from Shawford to Twyford, it's about 600m after the Shawford Railway Station. Do not park on gravel area on the opposite side as it has a restricted waiting time.

Starting at Twyford, we head north along the Itchen Way to Twyford Down before taking the Pilgrim's Trail towards Owslebury. From here we head towards Hensting on our way back to Twyford. This is an undulating walk with great views from various places along the way. There are 8 stiles on this walk. Please bring a picnic lunch.
