An atmospheric evening walk from Walbury Hill towards Coombe Gibbet and on to Inkpen Hill.
We’ll reach our viewing spot around 6.45pm, ready to watch/experience the maximum partial eclipse between 7.10 and 7.13pm, when up to 90–95% of the sun may be covered, casting a silvery twilight across the Downs.
As the light starts to slowly return we will make our way back to the car park returning on the same track to be back around 8pm.
