Location: Stockbridge Down car park. Take the Winchester Road out of Stockbridge. The car park is on the right, about 1 mile from the large roundabout in Stockbridge.

Starting from Stockbridge Down we walk north to West Down Nature Reserve via Leckford Golf Course and the Test Way. Using permissive paths we then skirt the Chilbolton Radio Telescope on the way back to the start. Great long-distance views from various points along the way. Please bring a picnic lunch.
