Location: Selborne Recreation Ground From Alton, drive along the B3006 into Selborne and past the Shops and Pub. Turn left at the "Ketchers Cottages" sign, up a small driveway and bear left into the recreation ground. The sign is diagonally opposite the Selborne Well Head. We start at Selborne Recreation Ground and take a route past Sotherington Farm and on to Rhode Farm. We then take the Writers' Way back towards Selborne Church and head out to climb Selborne Hanger. At the top of the zig-zag path we can take in the views before descending using the zig-zag path and return to the car park.
