Location: Meet on the green at Rowlands Castle near the shops and cafe. Parking is available at the recreation ground signposted off Links Lane or the railway station

Circular walk via Stansted Forest, South Holt, Staunton Way, Chalton Down and Sussex Border Path. Some undulations so poles may be useful. Expect some muddy conditions. There will be coffee and lunch stops. Please bring your own refreshments
