ROWLANDS CASTLE AND WINDMILL HILL

This is a lovely walk in the South Downs National Park with a mixture of open downland and woodland. The route takes us via Pyle Farm, Blendworth Church, Windmill Hill, Chalton, Idsworth Church and returning via the Sussex Border Path. 

Please bring provisions for a coffee stop and picnic lunch and plenty to drink if it’s a hot day.

I’d love you to come along but please help me to keep the walk safe and enjoyable for everyone by:-

• Choosing the right walk; the walk should be within your abilities
• Wearing appropriate clothing/footwear
• Carrying an “ICE” In Case of Emergency information card

** If you don't regularly attend our weekend walks, it would be appreciated if you could inform the walk leader if you would like to join us, by 8pm the day before **
