Location: Pepperbox Hill car park. Off the A36 heading south from Salisbury, continue past the turn off for West Grimstead. You come up a hill and the sign is on the entrance to CP on left. Very narrow. Sign is for Pepperbox Hill with the National Trust logo.

We start at Pepperbox Hill and head down to Downton via Barford Down. A mooch around the Moot. Then pick up the Avon Valley Path to Charlton All Saints before heading uphill to the start. There will be 2 stops, bring drinks, picnic with you.
