Location: From Romsey, take the A3057 Stockbridge Road. Pass the Bear and Ragged Staff pub on your right and after about a mile, turn left down Mottisfont Lane. There are plenty of sign posts along the way.

From Mottisfont we will following the estate path through woods and fields and will touch onto the Test Valley Way near Oakley. Expect good solid footpaths for the most part and a little bit of lane and road walking. There may be a bit of mud in the woodlands, depending on how much rain we get before then. Afterwards, you can visit Mottisfont's wonderful sparkly Christmas Cinderella experience and have lunch there if you like. Magic!
