Location: From the A33 Winchester to Basingstoke Road turn to the east, signed Northington & The Candovers, onto Northington Lane and after going under the M3, the CP is about 400 mtrs on the left.

On this walk expect great views over open down land, a pretty village and a pleasant stroll by the River Itchen. The paths are good, there are no stiles and sightings of birds of prey very likely. Bring your lunch which we will aim to eat in a pretty church yard. Please advise the walk leader if you intend joining this walk.
