From Meonstoke village hall we head across fields and climb to the top of Old Winchester Hill via Mill End Lane.

Despite being slightly shorter than most of our walks the initial climb is long and it gets quite quite steep towards the end, so we will take just as long as usual to get round it We won't be rushing anyone to go faster uphill than they can comfortably manage. Occasionally strenuous.
