MAY HILL FROM HUNTLEY

This walk is for a party of Eastleigh Ramblers heading for a weeks walking in the Wye Valley. 

Park in the road outside the Huntley Village Hall, North Street, Huntley. The walk will start from here roughly at 13.15 depending upon when the party get fed and out of the Red Lion Hotel at No 19 North Street. The walk will traverse Brights Hill and then onto climb May Hill one of the highest points in this part of Gloucestershire and which can be seen from miles around because of its clump of Corsican Pines on the top. It is expected to finish the walk at 16.45 and it is only 30 minutes from there to the hotel.
