Location: Locks Heath Sporfs and Social Club recreation ground free car park, 419 Warsash Road. The X4 bus stops outside.

From the recreation ground we head down to the coast to join the King Charles III England Coast Path which we follow until we reach our stop on the shore. There are facilities and normally a coffee wagon on a Thursday. Our return route takes us via Little Posbrook Farm.
