KEYHAVEN SEASHORE AND WOODLANDS

A lovely walk along the seawall at Keyhaven between the saltmarsh and lagoons. We start inland at Milford, work our way down to the shore to walk along Hurst Spit for a short distance. Following the seawall we will walk around to Pennington Marshes for lunch on the beach (weather permitting). Then back across fields to Efford Bridge and Great Newbridge Copse, a peaceful woodland nature reserve (and cool on a hot day). As we get closer to the start there may be an opportunity to visit Braxton Garden tea room before returning to the car park.
