Location: Holly Hill Woodland Park car park. Between Sarisbury and Warsash about 0.5 miles south of the A27 at Sarisbury Green.

From the Holly Hill Woodland Park an exploration of the shoreline and local nature reserves. Via Swanwick Lakes and Wood, Lower Swanwick, the Hamble shoreline past Warsash and onto Solent Breezes, Hook Park, Warsash (again) and Holly Hill.

Relatively level but plenty of natural and nautical interest along the way. Expect some muddy and wet conditions underfoot.
