Havant to Staunton Park via Hermitage Stream Walk

We pick up the Hermitage Stream Walk that leads us to the lake at Staunton Country Park. The pace will be relaxed and the route is fairly flat. It uses mainly the green space of the stream running through the Leigh Park residential area. The park is a delight and full of interest. We walk half round the lake and stop up at the viewpoint for our break. Public toilets are nearby. Our return will be direct south using part of the Shipwrights Way cycle route. A fair amount of the walk will be tarmac paths.
