Location: Harting Down Car Park (charge for non-NT members) off the B2141. Alternatively park for free in Hill Lane, left off the B2141 - just before the turn-off for the NT car park.

A fairly hilly South Downs walk from Harting Down to Didling and Elsted (lunch); returning via East Harting. Walking pole(s) and long trousers are recommended - but not mandatory!
