POST RECCE UPDATE 28.01.2025 Last walked on 07.01.2025 and it was very muddy then. With the current weather conditions, the mud is likely to be 15cm deep in places and diversions may be required on the day.

A couple of steady inclines on tarmac and across farmland, then through woods and tracks with a short stop by Whitewool Pond before heading back via tracks and quiet lanes.
