East Meon

Via Drayton, Henwood, Coombe Cross & Salt Hill.

There is a steady climb during the middle part of the walk and a fairly steep descent towards the end so poles would be useful.  Only two styles throughout the walk and these could be bypassed by gates which were not locked during the recce.  Only one field had sheep present.  There were several muddy areas, all of which could be easily bypassed.
