Location: East Dean Village Hall Car Park - unless there is a notice stating that the car park is out of use in which case park along the road adjacent to the Hall.

We leave East Dean to gradually ascend to the SDW where we will have a short coffee break. We then continue west along the SDW and then descend to Grafham. We then walk parallel to the South Downs over to Heyshott. From there we ascend back up to cross the SDW and wind our way back down to East Dean.
