Location: Eartham Woods car park, located on the left of Eartham Lane, which is a right hand turn off the A285, just south of the Selhurst Park turn-off.

Starting from Eartham Woods car park, the walk heads for Great Down, onto Gumber Corner (coffee break), and then to Bignor Hill before descending to Sutton for the lunch stop. After the break, the route takes us up to Barlavington Down, along to Cross Dyke and, finally, along the Monarch's Way back to the car park.
