Location: Park and meet at Cadman's Pool Car Park. The car park cannot be accessed from the A31. From the B3078 turn left following signpost to Fritham, continue past the Fritham junction and turn right at the t-junction approximately 2 miles from the B3078. The car park is about 1.5 miles along this road on the right.

Fantastic views from Hampton Ridge make the short climb on this walk worth the effort. The walk starts at Cadman's Pool, traverses Rakes Bottom into Sloden Inclosure and up to the ridge. We cross Hyde Common and the heath south of Ogdens, then use the bridge over Dockens Water into Broomy Inclosure. Or we may go the other way round, lets decide on the day.
