10.00 Meet in Church Lane near Burghclere Primary School (55 minutes by car from Eastleigh). The Group have not walked here before and it involves six beautiful Commons including a partial traverse of the former Greenham Common Airfield. 60 minutes will be spent at the former control tower so that the museum can be visited as well as the cafe (a coffee, two scones, jam and cream £4.50 on recce). towards the end the route takes in part of the Brenda Parker Way.
