Location: The Dover Car Park. Left turn off A27 east of Arundel.

A circular walk in the Sussex Downs, through Michelgrove to Houghton Bridge (lunch stop) and back via Burpham and Gibbet Piece (where there should be lots of bluebells). Map 0L10

There is a choice of a pub and tea rooms at Houghton Bridge. In good weather the views up on the Downs are superb.

PLEASE NOTE: THE CAR PARK IS FINE BUT IS VERY POPULAR AND THE OVERFLOW PARKING AREA WAS VERY MUDDY ON 12/04 AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. SO WE NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY TO ENSURE A SPACE.
