Location: The Benbow Pond car park is located left off the A272, just over a mile east of Midhurst.

A circular walk from Benbow Pond to Tillington. The morning will start with Cowdray Park golf course, continuing to Vining Farm, Vining Copse, Lodsworth, Lodge Farm, and Upperton. After a break for lunch at Tillington, the walk will go through a Sussex vineyard, past Pitshill to Eel Bridge, and subsequently taking a route near to Lodsworth House, and returning to the car park.
