This is a fascinating walk in a beautiful area of the Vale of the White Horse in Oxfordshire. We will walk over downland, into the Vale and on the Ridgeway. We will visit Uffington Castle (hill fort) and the carved White Horse, Dragon Hill, Weyland's Smithy long barrow and see the 17th century Ashdown House.
