Along the Basingstoke Canal

The walk goes along the canal, passing Odiham Castle, through Greywell, across fields back to the canal and then across fields back to the start. There is a small stretch of straight road to walk along. The walk finishes by the Water Witch pub. The walk is relatively flat there is one ascent through a field. There was cattle and horses in a couple of fields. They were totally uninterested in us. There are no toilet facilities on the route. We will stop for a drink and snack halfway round.
