Travel up A325 towards Farnham, turn left into Gravel Hill Road (signposted Alice Holt Research Station). Greenshields JCB is on the right after the right hand bend, carry on along road a way and car park is in on the left.

This is a flat woodland walk, no stiles. Good paths all the way to Alice Holt Centre. Walk through the ancient forest, again good paths. Onto Rowledge for lunch, then more Forest.
