STARTERS

• Chicken liver pate with red onion marmalade and Melba toast
• Slices of seasonal melon raspberry coulis (V)

MAIN

• Traditional roast turkey with pigs in blankets. cranberry souse, sage and onion stuffing and rich gravy
• Roasted vegetables and goats cheese tart served with pesto cream (V)
• Baked supreme of salmon with crushed herb new potatoes with a pesto and dill cream sauce

All the main courses served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes

PUDDINGS

• Classic Christmas Pudding served brandy sauce (V)
• Chocolate tart served with Chantilly cream and chocolate sauce
